Cookie Policy
This policy explains how SignalIntel uses cookies and similar technologies when you use our website and service.
Last updated: 3 September 2026
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small pieces of information that websites can store on your device or browser. They are commonly used to make websites function correctly, maintain sessions, improve security and remember information between requests.
Similar technologies may also be used where necessary to provide website or application functionality.
2. How SignalIntel uses cookies
SignalIntel currently uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the service.
These technologies support functions including authentication, maintaining secure account sessions and protecting access to customer accounts.
We do not currently use advertising cookies or non-essential analytics cookies on the SignalIntel website.
3. Essential authentication and session cookies
SignalIntel uses Supabase to provide account authentication and session management.
Authentication technologies may be used to:
- keep you signed in to your SignalIntel account;
- recognise an authenticated session;
- secure access to protected areas of the platform;
- process authentication state safely; and
- help prevent unauthorised account access.
These technologies are necessary for core SignalIntel functionality. Blocking them may prevent login or other authenticated features from working correctly.
4. Payments and Stripe
SignalIntel uses Stripe to process subscription payments and provide payment-related functionality.
When you visit Stripe-hosted payment or billing pages, Stripe may use its own cookies and similar technologies for purposes such as payment processing, fraud prevention, security and operation of its services.
Cookies placed directly by Stripe on Stripe-operated services are controlled by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's own policies.
5. Analytics cookies
SignalIntel does not currently use non-essential analytics cookies such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, PostHog or similar tracking technologies on the SignalIntel website.
If we introduce non-essential analytics technologies in the future, we will update this Cookie Policy and introduce appropriate consent controls where required.
6. Advertising cookies
SignalIntel does not currently use advertising, behavioural advertising or cross-site marketing cookies.
If this changes, this policy will be updated and any consent required by applicable law will be obtained before such technologies are used.
7. Why there is currently no cookie consent banner
The SignalIntel website currently intends to use only technologies necessary for authentication, security, payment functionality and operation of the service.
We do not currently ask users to accept optional analytics or advertising cookies because those technologies are not currently used on the SignalIntel website.
If optional cookies or similar technologies are introduced, we will review the consent requirements and implement appropriate controls before using them where required.
8. Managing cookies in your browser
Most browsers allow you to view, delete or block cookies through their privacy or security settings.
You can choose to block cookies, but blocking essential authentication or session technologies may prevent SignalIntel from functioning correctly, including preventing you from signing in or accessing your account.
9. Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when our website, technology or legal requirements change.
In particular, we will update this policy if SignalIntel begins using additional analytics, advertising or other non-essential technologies.
The latest version will be published on this page and the "Last updated" date will be changed accordingly.
10. Privacy
